The following real property will be sold at a public auction, at or near the Credit Union Place, in Hall A, in Summerside, Prince Edward Island, on the 9th day of October 2025, at the hour of Twelve o’clock in the afternoon. The real property is located in West Point, in Prince County, Province of Prince Edward Island, be-ing identified as parcel number 632620-000 and assessed in the name of Rose Estelle Griffin.
This property is being sold for nonpayment of taxes in accordance with section 16 of the Real Property Tax Act.
